Much better night with the extra blanket and cosy jim jams. Bit hard to venture out of bed in fact.
John feeling a lot better today and we are getting the hang of packing up to move on.

Drove to Dubbo which should only take about 2.5 hours but the car developed a problem. It had been towing brilliantly when suddenly just west of Wellington it dropped power. We crawled most of the way to Dubbo at about 50km per hour which didn't impress following motorists. Thank goodness for mobile phone reception because we called ahead to the only Nissan dealer in the western plains and they agreed to take a look when we arrived. Turns out it was a blockage in the exhaust which they soon cleared. I just thank goodness this didn't happen in a remote district.
